function output=ConsRelFuzz(obs, fis,params)

DESCRIPTION ^

 CRF:Fuzzy rule interpolation by the conservation of the relative fuzziness

 output=ConsRelFuzz(obs, fis,params)

 Calculate the conclusion using interpolation of fuzzy 
 rules by the method CRF
 -------------------------------------------------------------------------
 Parameters
 -------------------------------------------------------------------------
 obs - structure describing the observation.
 fis - structure describing the fuzzy inference system.        
 params - structure containing information about the parameters of the 
          method. It should have the following fields:
  params--InterpolationType    'CRF'
        |-FuzzinessType  Defines how are calculated the lower and upper 
        |                fuzziness values for each alfa cut. Possible values:
        |                 'corerelative'
        |                 'supportrelative'
        |                 'mean'
        |-NumOfPoints the number of points - it is used during
        |             the visualization
        |-w the exponent in the Minkowski-type distance formula
