PURPOSE

Generates the interrelation function between the antecedents and

SYNOPSIS

function Interrelation=GenerateRuleInterrelation(InterpolatedAntecedent,InterpolatedConsequent,IRtype)

DESCRIPTION

 Generates the interrelation function between the antecedents and
 consequents of the rules. It will be represented by a 
 NumOfInputs x NumOfOutputs x matrix. Each element of the matrix is a structure
 containing the vectors x and y that are the characteristic points of a 
 piece-wise linear interrelation function.
