GetAlfaLevelsFromParams: collection of alpha levels

SYNOPSIS ^

function AlphaLevels=GetAlfaLevelsFromParams(fis,obs)

DESCRIPTION ^

 GetAlfaLevelsFromParams: collection of alpha levels

 AlphaLevels=GetAlfaLevelsFromParams(fis,obs)

 Determines a sorted (descending) collection of alfa levels containing the
 alfa values corresponding to the breakpoints of the membership functions
 of the observation, antecedent universe and consequent universe.
