PURPOSE

The interrelated points corresponding to x

SYNOPSIS

function xi=GetInterrelatedPoints(x,IRx,IRy,Rangex,Rangey)

DESCRIPTION

 The interrelated points corresponding to x
 IRx a vector containing the x co-ordinates of the end and break points 
     of the interrelation function. 
 IRy a vector containing the y co-ordinates of the end and break points 
     of the interrelation function.
