Show the settings of the method MACI in the editbox in the main window

Parameters

etPreferences - handle to the editbox.
params - structure containing information about the parameters of the
method. It should have the following fields:
params--InterpolationType 'MACI'
|-RPtype the type of the reference point.
|-NumOfPoints the number of points - it is used during
| the visualization
|-w the exponent in the Minkowski-type distance formula
