PURPOSE

Determines whether the reference point of the set SetNo is inside the

SYNOPSIS

function Pos=IsInside(Variable,i)

DESCRIPTION

 Determines whether the reference point of the set SetNo is inside the
 core of another set.
 Pos - the ordinal number of the set of which core contains the reference
       point of the set SetNo. Its value is
       0  - if the reference point is outside the cores of the remaining
            sets
       the position
