 Approximate the abscissa of the point where a horizontal line situated at CutLevel intersects the cluster membership function

 Parameters

 xmin - Lower bound of the range where the instersection is seeked
 xmax - Upper bound of the range where the instersection is seeked
 v    - Vector containing the cluster centers   
 i    - The number of the actual cluster       
 CutLevel - Indicates at which alpha level the shape of the cluster should
            be cut for the approximation of the core of the fuzzy set.
 CutTreshold - Vertical distance at which the algithm stops.
 m - exponent for the partition matrix U
