 TUNINGPREFERENCESSIMPLEX M-file for TuningPreferencesSimplex.fig
      TUNINGPREFERENCESSIMPLEX, by itself, creates a new TUNINGPREFERENCESSIMPLEX or raises the existing
      singleton*.

      H = TUNINGPREFERENCESSIMPLEX returns the handle to a new TUNINGPREFERENCESSIMPLEX or the handle to
      the existing singleton*.

      TUNINGPREFERENCESSIMPLEX('CALLBACK',hObject,eventData,handles,...) calls the local
      function named CALLBACK in TUNINGPREFERENCESSIMPLEX.M with the given input arguments.

      TUNINGPREFERENCESSIMPLEX('Property','Value',...) creates a new TUNINGPREFERENCESSIMPLEX or raises the
      existing singleton*.  Starting from the left, property value pairs are
      applied to the GUI before TuningPreferencesSimplex_OpeningFunction gets called.  An
      unrecognized property name or invalid value makes property application
      stop.  All inputs are passed to TuningPreferencesSimplex_OpeningFcn via varargin.
