TwoRulesPreferences

 TWORULESPREFERENCES M-file for TwoRulesPreferences.fig
      TWORULESPREFERENCES, by itself, creates a new TWORULESPREFERENCES or raises the existing
      singleton*.

      H = TWORULESPREFERENCES returns the handle to a new TWORULESPREFERENCES or the handle to
      the existing singleton*.

      TWORULESPREFERENCES('CALLBACK',hObject,eventData,handles,...) calls the local
      function named CALLBACK in TWORULESPREFERENCES.M with the given input arguments.

      TWORULESPREFERENCES('Property','Value',...) creates a new TWORULESPREFERENCES or raises the
      existing singleton*.  Starting from the left, property value pairs are
      applied to the GUI before TwoRulesPreferences_OpeningFunction gets called.  An
      unrecognized property name or invalid value makes property application
      stop.  All inputs are passed to TwoRulesPreferences_OpeningFcn via varargin.
